I have over 20 years of experience working in the food industry. I have been Chef of multiple restaurants, some with four diamond rating. I have won several cooking competitions and done well in others. I was runner-up in chopped Canada.

I’ve worked across Canada and a few different restaurants in the United Kingdom. I spent two years working as a pastry chef at a Michelin star restaurant in northern England. I did a guest spot serving the casting crew of Game of Thrones.
