I am a Level 2 Certified Professional Cook, currently completing my Red Seal as a Chef. I began cooking in 2020 after moving to Canada and quickly developed a passion for it. After three years in Squamish, I pursued formal culinary training at the University of the Fraser Valley, where I competed in three competitions and won one gold medal. Chef Connor created a wonderful evening for us and our guests! We were thrilled that he sourced everything locally. The quality and creativity of all of the dishes was exceptional.
