Determined to cook excellent food, whether it’s a fine dining tasting menu or a hearty Italian feast.

I am a Level 2 Certified Professional Cook, currently completing my Red Seal as a Chef. I began cooking in 2020 after moving to Canada and quickly developed a passion for it. After three years in Squamish, I pursued formal culinary training at the University of the Fraser Valley, where I competed in three competitions and won one gold medal. With a notepad full of creative ideas, I’m excited to prepare great food for you!

Chef Connor created a wonderful evening for us and our guests! We were thrilled that he sourced everything locally. The quality and creativity of all of the dishes was exceptional. Everything was taken care of in a friendly and professional manner and our kitchen was cleaner at the end than when he arrived.
