I am a professional with 23 years of culinary experience. I went to culinary school in Montréal, Québec. I worked many years in one of the top high end restaurant called La Club Chasse et Pêche. I’ve also worked in bistros and other restaurants. I love doing chef at home evenings and specialize in caterings with a wide variety of hors d’œuvre.
