Hi! My name is Diego Mintu. I am an aspiring young chef working towards opening my own restaurant someday

I am a recent graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I have been working in the industry for about 3 years now and I would now like to broaden my horizons by offering my services to cater a personal dining experience for you and your guests. I have experience working in high volume kitchens and fine dining establishments. My most recent employment was a line cook at the modern, a two-starred Michelin restaurant next to the MoMA in New York City
