I have more than 15 years of experience and I have been working in this field since adolescence.

I have experience in international cuisine such as Italian, French, American and arabic cuisine especially Lebanese and Qatari cuisine. I worked in fine dining restaurants hotels, as well as in caterings and conceptual restaurants.

Chef Elias was both professional and attentive. His food is so amazing and well crafted. Truly a well loved experience. I would highly recommend him and use is his services again.

Chef Elias was nothing short of amazing! We opted for a French Menu which he crafted for us with care. He even surprised us with an extra foie gras appetizer which was delicious. He came on time with his assistant and they were both very respectful and were genuinely nice people. There were 8 of us, the pace of the dinner was appropriate. The visual presentation of the dishes were A++ and most importantly, every plate was phenomenal. Chief Elias made the evening unforgettable, 5 stars without hesitation!

We hosted our parents 50th wedding anniversary and Chef Elias and his assistant Tony made the evening so special. We had many different requests for food due to dietary restrictions and he accommodated all of them and went above and beyond. They made themselves right at home and certainly know their way around the kitchen. The food was incredible, the portions were perfect and the service on point. We would certainly recommend them and we will always keep them in our thoughts for upcoming events. Thank you for making the evening so special.

Chef Elias and his assistant (sorry can't remember his name now) were both super nice as well as being incredibly professional. Food and presentation was lovely, and the paired wines were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they went discreetly about their business as we had the first night of our family reunion trip to montreal. Thanks guys! Chris

Elias and his partner were great. They came in prepared their great dishes served everything and left everything intact and perfectly clean. The food was great, adapted to our needs. Highly recommended

I have now hired Chef Elias twice to prepare and serve dinners at my home. Both times were delicious (we had his Italian menu). He was punctual, professional, and very accommodating to our needs. I love how you get your moneys worth as the dishes are generous and he leaves the extra food for us to enjoy the next day. Will definitely be hiring him again for future events.

Elias was incredible. Food and presentation were 10/10. Elias prepared a meal for a special occasion and made the evening absolutely perfect. The menu he prepared was so amazing and the portions were perfect.

Chef Elias was an absolute legend! The food was spectacular, the portions, taste and presentation was incredible! I would do this everyday if I could afford to! He came fully equipt, didn’t ask any questions, found everything with his assistant in my kitchen and the process was seamless. Each dish was created delicately and to perfection! And when the meal was done the kitchen was reset and it was even cleaner than when him and his team came in! Definitely going to do it again and highly recommend it!!
