I’m the founder of ZATIK, a Montreal-based culinary venture born from my love of cooking, and bringing people together around good food.

Originally from Benin, my culinary perspective has been shaped by my West African roots, my travels, and the different cultures I’ve experienced along the way.

I draw inspiration from Mediterranean, European, African, and international flavors, always allowing the ingredients and the occasion to guide me.

Through ZATIK, I offer personalized dining experiences, intimate gatherings, catering, and meal preparation. Whether preparing an elegant dinner or a comforting family meal, my goal is to create food that is thoughtful, generous, and genuinely enjoyable.
