Chef with more than 15 years of experience, I studied at the Culinary Institute of Puebla in Mexico, I owned my own restaurant and bakery in Mexico, I am passionate about creative cuisine, I use local, fresh and seasonal products. Lover of practical and creative recipes, I can give private Latin American cooking classes, as well as special dinners and balanced weekly menus.
