I am an Italian chef with over 25 years of experience, having started my journey in the kitchen at a young age, driven by passion and curiosity. Over the years, I have refined my craft through hands-on experience and a deep commitment to continuous learning.

Traveling and working in different countries has played a key role in shaping my culinary identity. These experiences allowed me to explore diverse flavors, techniques, and cultures, enriching my approach to cooking and expanding my creative perspective.

My cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean and Italian traditions, where simplicity and quality ingredients are at the center of every dish. I focus on fresh, seasonal products and aim to build deep, honest flavors that feel both authentic and satisfying.
