I am a professional chef I have been cooking for over 20 years spend time in Italy , i study at the institute of currinaly art in New York!!since 1999 to 2002!!then came back to Montreal in 2003 , work for le bifthegue in Montreal as executive chef then 2008 built my own restaurant!it was a great success then sold it still exists today
