I am a professional chef I have been cooking for over 20 years spend time in Italy , i study at the institute of currinaly art in New York!!since 1999 to 2002!!then came back to Montreal in 2003 , work for le bifthegue in Montreal as executive chef then 2008 built my own restaurant!it was a great success then sold it still exists today

Jerome was an excellent chef. The food was incredible, he was very attentive, kind, and the overall experience was amazing.

The evening was incredible. Each course was amazing. I could not possibly say what course I liked best .Everyone from the chefs team were so friendly and kind . The occasion was my 75 th birthday and I can honestly say it was the best meal that I have ever had in all my years .Considering l have eaten all over the world in fine restaurants as well as many high end cruise lines I feel he was a wonderful chef .Every one of my 6 guests were pleased with the food as well as the service . I would highly recommend Jerome Val . This was a present from my children on my birthday that I will never forget. Thank you so very much Heather …. Lou
