Private Chef Joshua Lauridsen

I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience. I moved to Montreal from Nova Scotia and have worked at some of the best restaurants in the city (le club chasse et peche, le filet, garde manger) to name a few. Over the years I have been able to hone my skills and learned to respect my ingredients and suppliers. I have started my catering company and focus on creating custom menus to meet my clients needs. I would describe my style of cooking as farm to table with influences coming from the south of Europe.
