Chef Justin Andrews

I’m a classically trained chef with over a decade of experience working across many parts of the food world. My path has taken me from fine dining kitchens to cooking at festivals in the jungle and even fast-paced service at Walt Disney World.

While those experiences shaped my skills as a chef, my favourite way to cook is for small groups of people where I can be present, share the story behind the ingredients, and create a meal that feels personal and memorable.

Alongside my work in kitchens, I’ve spent many years working across agricultural food systems, including time on farms, food research, and completing a degree in sustainability. My cooking is very ingredient-driven. I love focusing on beautiful seasonal ingredients and building dishes around what makes them special; whether that means highlighting produce from a particular farm, exploring wild mushrooms, or letting a single ingredient inspire the direction of an entire menu. One of my favourite parts of cooking for people is being able to share that excitement around food at the table.
