I have over a decade of professional kitchen experience and I specialize in French Cuisine ,while living in Ottawa I have had the opportunity to work in the most prestigious restaurants such as restaurant eighteen and north&navy to name just a few. While working at these establishments I worked closely with a local professional personal chef where we created menus for high profile clientele.
