My culinary style combines modern Indian and European techniques with fresh, seasonal ingredients, allowing me to create everything from intimate tasting menus to elevated meal prep and small private events.

With experience as both a Head Chef and Culinary Program Coordinator, I bring not only exceptional flavour to every experience, but also strong organization, food safety expertise, and calm, professional service.
