I am a formally educated professional chef with 15+ years of experience. After running restaurants for 10 years I shifted into private cheffing in Muskoka during the summer and cheffing on mega yachts in Florida and the Caribbean during the winter season. I have cooked for many notable clients including Royalty and heads of state. I bring a personalized experience to each client and create a menu and experience that exceeds expectations.
