My cooking is very meticulous and I love utilizing techniques from other cultures to create dishes.

I've been in the industry for over 10 years now. I've been an executive chef for 3 years, a chef de cuisine, a sous chef, etc. I started as a dishwasher and have worked many different stations in restaurants. I love to cook for people and really enjoy the more personal and private experience. See photos!

about pleasing your senses simultaneously, from smell and appearance to the flavour and textures, and even the sounds those textures make as you eat.

I learned to cook at...

My first teachers were probably my parents, who cooked a lot, followed by other chefs (both in kitchens and in books!)
