I’m a professional cook working In Montreal kitchens, with almost 20 years of experience in the industry.
I moved to Montreal about five years ago and have been lucky to work with some amazing people across the city. I worked at the beautiful Marconi restaurant until its closure in October 2024, and I’m currently cooking at La Lune, the incredible new rotisserie joint opened by the legendary Mon Lapin team.
