Culinary Professional, eager to share tasty dishes through an interactive and fine experience.

I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience in the industry. I began my career at a Golf Course located in the GTA, In 2010 attended the Culinary Management Program at Humber College and graduated in 2013. Upon completion of my program at college, I travelled to Abu Dhabi on an internship to work the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, there I joined a spectacular team that aided me in honing my skills and teaching me a plethora of world cuisines.

From there, through hard work and determination, I was able to hold the position of Corporate Executive Sous Chef at GTA catering company providing services to venues such as: Metro Toronto Convention Center, Ontario Investment and Trades Center, University of Toronto etc. Most recently, I was the Executive Chef at a Fusion Style Bistro, where we experimented and offered bistro style dishes with world influences and using modern techniques.
