I studied at the School of Hospitality in the US , and my last job in the US was Canyonranch of the Berkshires where with many styles and técnica developed a love for international cooking, also worked at le Pois panche, palma , jepetos pizzeria soubois , (in Montreal )
I do work for few families in the area of Westmount.
