Michelin-recognized chef with over a decade of experience leading some of Toronto’s most acclaimed Italian kitchens. Former Corporate Executive Chef overseeing three Michelin-recognized restaurants—Osteria Giulia (1 Star), Giulietta, and Sammarco.

Having recently stepped away from my role to focus on independent projects, I now offer bespoke private dining, tasting menus, and culinary consulting across the GTA.

Specialized in refined Italian cuisine, seasonal menu development, and delivering elevated, restaurant-quality experiences in private settings.
