I am a passionate and experienced (8 years) culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen environments, including catering, restaurants, management, daycare, and educational settings. From cooking alongside my mother as a child to managing kitchens for large groups, I have honed my skills in creating innovative recipes and overseeing food production. I have extensive experience working at summer camps, catering events, line cook and dining restaurants, and mange many different staffs that became family.

I am also the co-owner of Prep’d by Legacy, a meal prep business where we provide fresh weekly meals and in-home chef services, working closely with families to create customized menus that fit their lifestyle.

I’m known for being efficient, organized, and adaptable in any kitchen environment, with a focus on clean workspaces and real, earthy ingredients.
