Get to know me better
I like cooking since I was a teenager. After I moved to Canada , I continue this career as working as line cook , chef de partie , sous chef and chef.
Before I enrolled the professional cooking school , I experienced in many types of cuisines as Chinese, Korean, Southeast Asia , Thai , Cambodian, Vietnamese and Lao . As I am curious more knowledge about other cuisines , I participate in school programs and got DEP in professional cooking particularly in Canadian or International cuisine and also working as Chef de partie of garde manager, grillades or poiles and Chef in authentique Thaï cuisine.
