We had Wildoph come to our bachelor party at a cottage way out of town, and it was honestly one of the highlights of the whole trip. From the moment he arrived, everything felt easy and professional, but also fun and relaxed — exactly what you want when you’re with a big group of friends. We started off with fior di latte and arancini. The fior di latte was fresh and creamy, and the arancini were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and cheesy inside — you could tell everything was made with care. Then came the main event: a huge short rib. There was a lot of meat, and every bite was tender and full of flavor. It was served with creamy cauliflower and a sauce that was so good we kept finding ways to get more of it on our plates. To wrap things up, he put together a custom dessert with ice cream, whipped cream, and fresh fruit. It wasn’t just delicious — it felt personal and thoughtful, like the perfect ending to a great night. What really stood out wasn’t just the quality of the food (which was easily restaurant-level or better), but how seamless the whole experience was. The kitchen was spotless when he left, we never felt rushed, and everyone at the table was genuinely impressed.
