Been a chef for 16 years. Only thing I ever wanted to do. I went through culinary training while in high school then continued with a business degree with a specialty in hospitality. I have experience in fine dining, breakfast, and banquet style meals. I have created different dishes while having family as test subjects haha...they do volunteer though as they enjoy my cooking.
