A culinary wellness chef and food ingredient snob.
In the food business over 20 years, from chef de partie to Executive Chef to culinary instructor. I have cooked for professional athletes, CEO's and led a wide variety of cooking classes in Vermont and through out north america. I served as creative culinary director at Chef Contos Kitchen and Store, which was named by Food and Wine Magazine as one of the best places to take a cooking class world wide. We also hosted luxury culinary tours in Canada and Mexico. I am able to pull from many world techniques as well as classic french, but prefer to cook wellness centered menus with southern Mexican or Middle eastern influence which take me to my happiest place.
