I’ve been working professionally in the culinary field for a little over five years, with a strong background in both personal chef services and restaurant experience—having worked in several kitchens across various settings. I trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, where I completed the Plant-Based Culinary Arts program, and I also studied Traditional Culinary Arts at BOCES Barry Tech. With roots in Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine, I bring a rich ethnic perspective to my cooking, but I’m well-versed in a wide range of global cuisines and techniques.
