Born and raised on the island of Guam. Chef Adrian’s passion for culinary arts started when he worked as a dishwasher in a local bistro. It is there where met his mentor Eddie Chen who showed him that cooking was a more than just cooking but a profession and an art form. He then moved to the city of San Diego, California and enrolled at International culinary schools Art institute of California. With the tutelage of world class chefs he honed his craft as a young professional and landed multiple roles in the kitchen from lead cook to executive chef. With over 15 years of culinary experience from casual to fine dining. Chef Adrian has a deep understanding for Pacific rim cuisine utilizing fresh ingredients and modern techniques.
