I am a professional chef with over 5 years of experience. I have worked in several Michelin Star restaurants and under world-renowned chefs, such as Eleven Madison Park, Per Se, and under the guidance of Chef Daniel Boulud. I attended the Culinary Institute of America where I specialized in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine with Asian influences. I also minored in Wine and Beverage Studies, and bring my knowledge of wine pairings to my cuisine. I am known for seasonal tasting menus paired with world-class wines, and I'd absolutely love to share my skills with you!

We hired Chef Allison for our anniversary dinner, and it was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the attention to detail was absolutely spot on. Every element — from the menu planning to the final presentation — felt thoughtful, intentional, and elevated. What really stood out was how easy it was to make adjustments to the menu. Chef Allison was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the evening feel personal and seamless. Communication was smooth, and everything was executed perfectly. The dishes were beautifully presented and clearly crafted with a high level of skill and care. The short rib was the best I’ve ever had — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on the olive cake… wow. It was unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, talented, detail-oriented, and capable of creating a truly special experience, I cannot recommend Chef Allison enough. We will absolutely be booking again.

Allison was extremely professional She arrived right on time she provided us with our food right on time. The food was incredible. She made a variety of different things. She was super quiet and didn’t bother anyone and she was super professional but the best part was she did all the clean up and it was just a great experience.

Chef Allison experience was fantastic. From beginning to end. The communication, selecting date and time. She showed up on time with all the fresh food. Every dish was presented very nice. Each of the 4 course meals were to die for. Really nice experience and would recommend Chef Allison to anyone!

Chef Allison did a wonderful job. Her food was delicious and exactly what we had in mind. She was very easy to work with and really put a lot of effort and attention into making it a special experience. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Allison was easy to work with and flexible with our schedule. The food was delicious I didn’t realize the proposal price didn’t include the cost of the food, however. It was a fun and memorable evening for our family.
