My name is chef mimi and I can't wait to cook for you!
Dinner parties are held to host good food amongst good friends over good conversation- the party made of two parts, the food within the cuisine we choose and the experience of the night. I'm here to help from start to finish.
For the menu, let's try Egyptian food or maybe Spanish, Thai or even Trinidadian? Should we pair it with Classic Manhattan negroni or find a nice bottle of bubbly? Can we include party poppers for extra umph or maybe make it kid-friendly? Alongside the menu, I'd love to plan the extra details alongside- from the names of guests on place-cards to the color palette of the table accents.
All in the details, I'll be there to help you plan the perfect event. Hosting is a juggle between entertaining, cooking, cleaning and at the most, trying to have fun alongside your guests! I'll be there to take the rest of your shoulders, and let you do the most important job, enjoy!
