From the initial booking process to the end of the evening, Chef Andres was exceptionally professional and communicative. He worked with me to create custom menus for each lunch and dinner for my high profile client over the course of two weeks. His.culinary expertise was evident during the planning phase, as he offered thoughtful suggestions and adjustments to ensure a perfect dining experience. Chef Andres was always punctual, with all the necessary ingredients and equipment. He set up efficiently and prepared all meals with great skill and precision. The kitchen was left spotless both during and after the service. Chef Andres cooking techniques were impressive, and each dish was executed flawlessly. The presentation of the food was also outstanding, making each course feel like a work of art. The meals themselves were absolutely delicious. Chef Andres was terrific. Easy to work with and flexible on menu changes. He is very professional and personable. Oh, and his food is amazing and beautifully presented. We would work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef.

Our experience with Andres was fantastic!!! The food was amazing and we had a great conversation with him about his background and cuisines that he likes. This was a private dinner for me and my husband and we want to hire Andres again for a bigger party! He even played with our dog and gave him treats <3 We went for Italian and Andres put together an amazing menu called “The Traditional Sicilian House”. We chose seafood spaghetti a la putanesca and wow! It was incredible with lobster and scallops! Thank you Andres for such a special night and putting a lot of care into making it memorable.

Chef Andres did an amazing job! I worked with him on adjusting the menu prior and he was very flexible with my requests. We were able to add additional guests just a week before and Chef Andres accommodated. The food was amazing! Best filet I have ever had! He brought all of the plates, utensils and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. This works out really nice if you are vacationing in the area and are unsure of what the rental house will provide. We would 100% hire Chef Andres again.

Our experience with Chef Andres was pretty great overall. He was very professional and took his time preparing and then explaining the dish when he served it. The menu we picked was Mediterranean themed and it everything was amazing. He had some technical difficulties with dessert and was unable to fire up the crème Brûlée, but we still loved the flavor. I would definitely recommended him if you’re in the Miami area if you’re looking for good eats!
