I would like the opportunity to showcase my unique blend of creative flair,
enthusiastic passion for food, along with my strong business sense. I have a solid
record of streamlining operations and creating environments that function in the
most efficient way possible, while still remaining absolutely customer-oriented.
Being a successful chef requires the ability to maintain a balance of high standards as well as recognizing business interests. Working as a private chef is rewarding but not as rewarding as working with a team in a restaurant environment and seeing overall.
