With over 25 years of culinary experience, I am a professional chef born and raised in Athens, Greece, where I also studied the culinary arts. My career has been shaped by years of hands-on training under some of the most renowned chefs in Greece and across Europe, helping me develop a strong foundation in Mediterranean and European cuisine.
For the past 10 years, I have brought my expertise to the United States, working in diverse and high-paced restaurant environments. My deep passion for baking and artisan bread led me to further specialize through formal training and hands-on classes, refining my skills in traditional and modern baking techniques.
I take pride in blending tradition with innovation, and I’m always exploring new ways to elevate simple ingredients into memorable dining experiences.
