I am passionate about cooking and seek perfection in every dish.
I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary world, trained at the Academy of Strasbourg in France. My career began in 2014 at Indian Grill in Strasbourg, and from 2018 to 2023 I owned and operated my own restaurant. I currently work as a chef at the 4-star Novotel Strasbourg Hotel, where I continue to refine my craft and lead a talented kitchen team.
Specializing in French, Italian, and Indian cuisine, I’m passionate about creating dishes that blend authenticity with creativity. After years of experience in Europe, I’m now excited to bring my distinctive flavors and culinary perspective to guests in the United States.
