I’ve had the honor of working under world-renowned chefs like Wolfgang Puck and José Andrés, and have refined my skills in prestigious kitchens including The Ritz-Carlton, CUT Georgetown, The Carlyle Hotel, and Fish by José Andrés.

As the founder of Esculent 11 Catering, I specialize in delivering high-quality, personalized meals for events of all sizes. My family-centered approach, strong faith, and commitment to excellence allow me to connect deeply with clients and bring heart, flavor, and professionalism to every table I serve.
