I am a Private Chef who specializes in catering to individuals with dietary restrictions and specific dietary needs.

I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2011 with an Associates Degree of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts, In 2013 I graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach. I lived in India and learned Indian cuisine while living there, I have worked with prestigious Chefs and worked in fine dining restaurants in Europe, New York City, and Los Angeles.

I have over twelve years experience working as a line cook, pastry chef and private chef. I enjoy cooking different cuisines such as Italian and South East Asian. My favorite part about cooking a meal is making the dessert. I love experimenting with recipes, which I post on my blog for fun, at www.eatinglove.com. If you have a dietary need, I am knowledgable about Ayurveda and Macrobiotic diets. I also cater to diets such as paleo, vegan, vegetarian, raw, ketogenic, sugar-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, etc.
