I am a professional chef with 6 years of professional cooking experience. I “started at the bottom,” as a prep cook and dishwasher and have worked in many different kitchen environments, including luxury hotel kitchens. I have worked for the Alinea Group in Chicago, Illinois, learning from Chef Grant Achatz and his take on Molecular Gastronomy in Modern Cuisine.
