I am a professional Chef who has worked in and around New York City for more than twenty five years. I have experience in all venues. Personal, Corporate, Casual, and partner as well. I bring a lifetime of experience and passion to my cuisine.
I honor all ingredients with the same care and respect . Fillet Mignon to pizza and pasta. I create and cook wonderful and delicious foods that satisfy the body and soul
