I’m a professional chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. My passion for cooking began at a young age and eventually brought me to California in 2007. Over the years, I’ve evolved from working in restaurants to serving as an R&D product developer for major food and beverage companies, creating innovative and high-quality culinary products.

Later, I launched my own catering company, mobile pizzeria, and hospitality group, specializing in weddings and private events. With an endless passion for food and an instinct for making people feel welcome and satisfied, I’m here to create memorable experiences — beautifully crafted, from start to finish.

Chef Brady and Kat were amazing!! The food was 10/10. Their attentiveness to my guest was awesome! They made my Galentines event very magical. I would definitely recommend and will rehire for my next event.

We usually go out but because we have a newborn I decided to surprise my wife with a private chef. Glad I chose you out of the options received. It was great to chat while the meal was being prepared and we truly appreciated the wine you gifted us as well. The food was incredible in quality and presentation; it felt like having a Michelin star experience right at home. You left our kitchen absolutely SPOTLESS. Hope we see you again someday. Thank you again for an unforgettable dinner.

Chef Brady and his assistant were outstanding. They started cooking and everything flowed on time and was plated beautifully. We enjoyed every dish and he was flexible with small last minute changes. I highly recommend Chef Brady!

Brady was incredible! We have some pretty challenging allergy issues that restrict a chef a lot, and Brady had absolutely no issue whipping up an absolutely delicious four-course meal. I'd highly recommend this service for a date night splurge or an anniversary or birthday gift. Great food, convenient, and a delightful guest to boot. Thanks Brady!

Chef Brady and Kat helped me host a birthday dinner party for me and my friends last night and WOW!! Not only was each course incredible from the sourdough tartines with heirloom tomato and ricotta to the grilled Mahi Mahi with quinoa risotto and roasted rosemary papas, but I was also able to enjoy the night in a way I never get to when hosting and cooking on my own. I also walked into my kitchen from enjoying our third course and dessert al fresco to see it cleaner than when they walked in. Like nothing had happened! The cocktail and wine pairings were so thoughtfully curated with my preferences in mind. Chef Brady was so communicative and kind. He and Kat brought such a fun vibe to the evening. Unforgettable and highly recommended! Can’t wait for next time! ????

We loved Brady! He was so fun and joyful and really made our experience a great one. He has extensive knowledge on his menu and made it easy to make accommodations as we had some food allergies. We felt very comfortable having him in our home and will be using him again for future events. Highly recommend him to others who are considering his experience.

Brady was absolutely incredible and delightful- his menu was versatile and more than what we expected. He accommodated our needs in the most delicious way. A true Vegan Gluten Free Mediterranean Oasis. His attention to detail in the food and serving was impeccable. Additionally he was very respectful that it was a romantic dinner leaving us enough space and time in between dishes to enjoy I would recommend Brady any day and hope to have him back soon

Chef Brady was wonderful. Incredibly kind and organized from the get go, he exquisitely prepared the dishes and remained engaged in conversation while putting them together. His green goddess soup and elk meatballs were delicious and packed with flavour (very healthy too!) and each item’s presentation was balanced and earthy. He even managed to incorporate French technique and the birthday boy appreciated these touched very much. Highly recommend chef Brady, this was a marvelous experience !
