We hired Chef Brett Best for one night on our girls trip to the beach. He made us an unforgettable meal that we were still talking about days later. It was our favorite night. The food was so good and the chef made it all happen so beautifully. It was a perfectly executed dinner service. He even had an adorable story about his special cheesecake. Highly recommend.

Chef Brett prepared a wonderful dinner for our family to celebrate the holidays at our home away from home!

Chef Brett was amazing! I was given several great choices for food and Chef Brett was super good at responding back quick with any questions I had as well as working with me on any changes I may have wanted. He was on time and very prepared. When he arrived we were so curious about his job and asked several questions. Brett was engaging in conversation and very pleasant. When it came time for the food, everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be requesting Brett for any future events.

What an incredible dinner! Sausage Arancini were amazing, so was the Caesar Salad. This was followed by steak and mashed potatoes and green beans that were out of this world. The dessert was also delicious - a berry sundae, with a delicious berry sauce and candied nuts. I would give Chef Brett more than 5 stars if I could. Simply amazing!

Chef Brett Best was a true professional in every sense of the word. Every plate he prepared for my wife and I was so on point! Unreal Filet, sides, and all of the above. Make sure you have him prepare the roasted pecans for you, they are to die for. We will absolutely be seeing Brett again!

I would highly recommend Chef Brett for your private dinner/occasion. He was willing to customize the menu proposal to suite my needs. Our guests raved about the lamb chops and shrimp cocktail, as well as the filet mignon entree. He proved to be super accommodating during the event. When it was discovered that our party had an insufficient number of plates to utilize for the salad/entree, Chef Brett was able to adapt and quickly wash all of the plates to utilize again for the entree without any guests even noticing. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.

Chef Brett was amazing! He was extremely knowledgable and polite, and his flavors and dishes were exceptional. We loved having him and would invite him back! He also worked really well to accommodate dietary restrictions! I highly recommend Chef Brett.

We truly enjoyed Chef Brett. The food was very good. We discussed the menu before hand. He arrived on time. The charcuterie board was great with the best pepper jelly I've had. The rack of lamb was excellent. The tiramisu was the best I ever had. My only critique would be that the risotto rice was ok and not as flavor rich as the rest of the dishes.

First of all, what an amazing service this is and I’m so happy it’s available! I didn’t rate my chef as punctual because he was late. But it was ok, as I understand that he came all the way from Tampa! I was so grateful he was willing to come to Ormond! He and the pastry chef were quiet and yet very friendly. They really let us have our own experience. And they were so friendly and easy going with the dogs! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The variety of food was spectacular, service was perfect, and cleanup was great! I would highly recommend this service and our chef Brett Best!

What an incredible dinner! Chef arrived promptly and immediately set set to making my birthday night fantastic. We began with a charcuterie board Of delicious savory meats cheeses cheeses and other items as well as some beautifully cut fruit. This was followed by steak and mashed potatoes to salivate over. As chef said, simple is best. And it really was. This was the first time I ate steak without sauce just to savor it. And as for dessert--well it was clearly to die for, as the immediate reaction of the entire group was 'oh my god'. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank u for such amazing night

Chef Best was exactly like his name! We were celebrating my parent's 60th Anniversary, and he came with an excellent sample menu that allowed us to pick and choose a few dishes while we let him create the rest of the menu. He was great about being present but allowing us some time to enjoy our meal and talk. It was like the food just magically appeared at times! I couldn't recommend him enough, do yourself the biggest favor and hire Chef Best for your next special event. Or treat yourself to a private chef!

Chef Brett Best gave us such an incredible experience! Before the event date, he was always quick to respond and give a list of great menu items to choose from. On the date of the event he was punctual, easy to talk to and had everything set up in the kitchen in a timely manner. Every meal that he served not only tasted great, but they were served with a great presentation. I highly recommend Chef Brett Best and I will be contacting him for future events.
