My name is Carlos Vazquez. I am a Cuban chef passionate about cooking, where every dish is a story. I come from a family where cooking is a tradition, a heritage of flavors and a love of good food. With six years of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of working in large-scale restaurants in Cuba, where I perfected my technique and expanded my culinary vision.
After graduating from Florida Technical College's Culinary Arts program, I immersed myself in Central Florida's vibrant culinary scene. During this time, I've honed my skills and expanded my repertoire. Working in various restaurants has allowed me to showcase my creativity and merge the classic techniques I learned with the latest industry trends, always striving for excellence in every dish.
My philosophy is innovation and fusion. I love exploring and blending cuisines, finding the perfect balance between cultures to create unique dishes. I strive to make every bite an unforgettable experience, an adventure that combines the best of the world's cuisines.
