I was in the Restaurant business for 30+ years and have opened American Cuisine, Steakhouse, Fusion and Indian cuisine based restaurants. I specialize in Indian, Vegetarian & Vegan dishes.

I quit the restaurant business in 2008 and got into food sales but always kept on cooking.

I have a full time job and looking for weekend work as a private chef. I can cook anything as per what a family's requirements are Except Japanese.
