Great Day! My name is Chef Terrence aka Chef T.

Throughout my career, I have been a Executive Banquets Chef as well as Sous Chef. cooking since 9 years old, my Mom was self taught and always admired how she could create a dish from scratch.

While growing watching my Mom, both Grandmothers as well as other family members cook delicious meals, I noticed how great food brought us all together. Benjamin Roots LLC is a Personal Chef/Catering business.

It was created to be able to share my love and passion for preparing multiple authentic dishes of amazing food that will remind you of home. I have worked in numerous restaurants as well as hospitality venues over 25+years and have had my dishes added to multiple menu listings.

In addition, I also create beverages and sauces.
