This dinner was very special. First time my siblings have been together since COVID. Chris created a masterpiece....all delicious but especially the zucchini app, sea bass and panna cotta. Absolutely beautifully presented. Thanks so much from our family!!!

Chef Chris Manos with Gourmaze did an amazing job for my birthday dinner. I wanted the menu to be a surprise and he did just that! Food and presentation were top notch. He left the kitchen sparkling clean as well!
