Chef Chris Manos was such a dining experience. We had a friend's holiday party of 10 and everything was just excellent. A different twist on so many flavors. He was fun and a pleasure to have in our home and share this evening with. I found him very easy to work with ahead of time, selecting menu items and the confirmation and payment process was just easy. I can't wait to have him come again and continue to find occasions where we can have his delicious services..

We got Chef Chris for my mom's birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! We discussed the menu from before and he delivered a Michelin star tasting experience that was beyond great! He was extremely professional, arrived on time, the setup was clean and restaurant quality. All the food tasted delicious and special. We couldn't be happier with our choice in picking chef Chris. Would highly recommend him for your special events! Can't wait to do another dinner with him.

We had chef Chris come to our house for my wife’s birthday. The whole experience was so easy and effortless. The food was insanely good. When Chris explained each plate and you took the first bite, it was eye opening. You found yourself really tasting and discovering the flavors in every bite. Unreal flavor. Best meal hands down. Especially for being in my own home. The menu was a mix of the limitations from some of our guests and whatever Chris came up with. Best experience I’ve had with food since the first time I tried one of Jose Andres’ restaurants.

Chef Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, professional, and great with communication. He kept us informed of the process the whole way through. Our guests were blown away by the delicious menu. The plating was impeccable. Each dish bursted with flavor, style and finesse. Chef Chris and his team was absolutely amazing; not only was the quality of the dishes and presentation excellent, but they were able to seamlessly accommodate the specific requirements of the venue. They were even able to modify the menu since a close friend was making the dessert. I wouldn't hesitate to book Chef Chris and his team again for another event!

In celebration of my 50th birthday, I was looking for the right Chef to pull together a delightful experience in celebration of this milestone birthday. Chef Chris and his team did not disappoint. Starting with an on point menu in response to my high level wishes, through navigating a ton of dietary limits of my ten guests (i.e., gluten-free, dairy free, nut allergies, no mushrooms) and the ultimate seamless delivery of next level meal experience. As Chef Chris brought each dish forward, while providing detailed descriptions, my guests responded with excitement and eventually audible sounds of delight as they tried each dish. It was quite the scene. In the end, if you are celebrating a special occasion, Chef Chris has my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
