Chef Chris was not only absolutely lovely, the food was incredible. He cooked a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal for 8 people, the turkey was juicy, best turkey we all ever had, the sides were traditional, but with an interesting twist to each of them (eg. mashed potatoes with brown butter). Desserts were out of this world. Overall presentation was lovely, clean-up was very thorough! Will definitely hire Chef Chris again and so will my friends!

Chef Chris Manos made the most incredible italian meal for us. Additionally, he made one of the most beautifully designed birthday cakes Ive ever seen that was also delicious.

Chef Chris was amazing - we were running late from another appointment and he was patient and polite with us. Food was amazing and my party loved it - 100% would recommend. Thanks for a great experience and can't wait to have him again.

Chris was incredible. His food, presentation, communication, and patience in dealing with me trying to make everything perfect. I will be using him again.

Chef Chris was by far the best Chef we have ever had!! From the communication before our event to the wonderful presentation! The food he prepared was amazing! From the Sea Bass Ceviche to the dessert of dreams! Not only was every course prepared beautifully it was also some of the best dishes we have ever tasted! Thank you Chef Chris Manos for a very special night! We will be seeing you again!

Chef Chris was phonemonal. Great guy, great chef, great food, super nice, super delightful to have around. Made an memorable Valentine’s Dinner for special group of friends. Highly recommend Chris.

I wasn’t sure of the number of guests and Chef Chris made it work.

Chef Chris Manos was such a dining experience. We had a friend's holiday party of 10 and everything was just excellent. A different twist on so many flavors. He was fun and a pleasure to have in our home and share this evening with. I found him very easy to work with ahead of time, selecting menu items and the confirmation and payment process was just easy. I can't wait to have him come again and continue to find occasions where we can have his delicious services..

We got Chef Chris for my mom's birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! We discussed the menu from before and he delivered a Michelin star tasting experience that was beyond great! He was extremely professional, arrived on time, the setup was clean and restaurant quality. All the food tasted delicious and special. We couldn't be happier with our choice in picking chef Chris. Would highly recommend him for your special events! Can't wait to do another dinner with him.

We had chef Chris come to our house for my wife’s birthday. The whole experience was so easy and effortless. The food was insanely good. When Chris explained each plate and you took the first bite, it was eye opening. You found yourself really tasting and discovering the flavors in every bite. Unreal flavor. Best meal hands down. Especially for being in my own home. The menu was a mix of the limitations from some of our guests and whatever Chris came up with. Best experience I’ve had with food since the first time I tried one of Jose Andres’ restaurants.

Chef Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, professional, and great with communication. He kept us informed of the process the whole way through. Our guests were blown away by the delicious menu. The plating was impeccable. Each dish bursted with flavor, style and finesse. It was a memorable experience that we enjoyed very much, and we are already looking forward to doing this again. Thank you Chef Chris for exceeding our expectation!

Incredible food and made for a great night with all 12 guests loving everything.

Chef Chris and his team was absolutely amazing; not only was the quality of the dishes and presentation excellent, but they were able to seamlessly accommodate the specific requirements of the venue. They were even able to modify the menu since a close friend was making the dessert. I wouldn't hesitate to book Chef Chris and his team again for another event!

Chef Chris Manos and his team were AMAZING! Chef Chris went above and beyond with the food quality and presentation. He is very organized, creative, and experienced. He is also very sweet and likable. His team was also very well trained, hard working, and polite. Overall such a professional team! Our every single guest loved the food and how Chef presented and explained about the different courses. The level of organization and cleanliness was also incredible. When the team left, our kitchen looked so clean and tidy like there was no party at all! :) Whoever is looking for creating a memorable and enjoyable night with high quality food, don’t look any further because you just found your Michelin star quality chef! I highly recommend Chef Chris Manos.
