A father and husband of three with a degree in Hotel/Restuarant Management ( as it was called back in my day) who loves to eat! In order for me to eat I had to learn how to cook. So each placed I managed I would grill ( no pun intended) the cooks and chefs on the how and why on their techniques for cooking food. Then I decided to make that jump from strictly management to culinary management as a Chef Manager for a small account with Sodexo. From that point on it's been just a great journey working in the different fields of hospitality and now to gave an opportunity to be my own boss and create memories with a variety of clients would be awesome!
