For the past 8 years I have been cooking on islands of Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard. After developing a big love for Nantucket Community, I have found my home here where I have built a family. After working in local restaurants and resorts I decided to develop my business and bring a new variation of New England and Mediterranean Cuisine to the community. I started my first job next to my chef father at a young age. Ever since then my biggest passion has been developing and creating memorable dishes. I am constantly inspired by the beauty and complexity of food and finding a way to push boundaries and create something unique. Leave me a quote to start your unique private plate experience.
