Michelin-trained chef with a background in fine dining and a deep curiosity for global flavors — I cook with intent, food that’s personal, delicious.

My name is Daler Kadirov. I’m a fine dining chef recently relocated to New York City, with experience across Miami and Washington D.C., trained in Michelin-starred and James Beard–recognized kitchens.

I started as a pastry assistant at Rosetta Bakery in Miami and worked my way up to Junior Sous Chef at Beaker & Gray in under a year. In D.C. I cooked at Tail Up Goat, Bar Spero, and Pascual, where I developed a strong focus on live fire cooking.

I bring the same attention to detail and level of care to a private dining room as I would to any Michelin-starred kitchen — with an experience completely tailored towards your needs and preferences.
