Born and raised in Vermont, I got my start at a renowned French bistro where I developed a deep respect for classic technique and seasonal cooking. Over the past 30 years, I’ve built a diverse culinary career across the country, combining my love for food, music, and the arts.
For 10 years, I’ve specialized in private chef work for high-net-worth clients, offering highly personalized, health-conscious dining experiences including Plant-based and Vegetarian. I’m especially passionate about locavore cuisine that highlights the best of what each region has to offer.
