I am a professional chef with over 30 years of experience in the culinary world, and the proud owner of Beny’s Délice Bakery, which I have successfully led for the past 13 years. My culinary journey was shaped through formal training at a culinary school in the south of France, where I refined my techniques and deepened my passion for the craft.
