im apssionate person, who wants to create experience with his food
Im a professional chef with 10 years of experience in the culinary world. im graduated from the university of la Sabana in Colombia and after that I joined the Michelin star chef Juan Manuel Barrientos. After that I move to LA and I worked at Otium where chef Timothy Hollingsworth and his team helped me to became a better chef, after that experience I worked at True Food where I improve my managing skills and learned other style of cousin.
Last years I have been working as a private chef and developing events.
