Im a profesional chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at Institute of Culinary Arts in NYC, while working a full time job at Eataly NYC. & in 2016 i joined Rossopomodoro as one of the Chef in campus to do showcase. & worked my way up to be the executive. I have knowledge in various types of cuisine such as Spanish, French, & Italian. Now currently in the Executive chef at AMA cuisine.
