I am a professional chef originally from the Seattle area with 13 years culinary experience. I’ve spent most of my time cooking all over the PNW, last landing the head chef position at Bar Purlieu in Eugene, OR. My culinary training consists of classic French technique but drawing influence from Scandinavian cuisine. Whatever needs you have I plan on meeting with the highest of standards!
